friendly staff coffee machine
The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. i really appreciated their quick assistance (it made my arrival smooth!). the shower was amazing, and i loved the toiletries provided. They smelled very nice. i also found a decent coffee machine in my room, perfect for a quick caffeine fix.
the room was a bit too warm for my liking, and i couldn't seem to adjust the thermostat to get it cooler (i needed better control over the temperature).

quirky and colourful stay
bright decor colourful design friendly staff smooth check-in
i enjoyed the bright, colourful decor. the design created a visually appealing environment. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. i especially liked the smooth, painless check-in process.
the pillows were not great, they were quite lumpy.

the room had robes. a coffee machine was included, and the staff were quick to provide refills upon request. the bathroom featured a nice dimmer light which was ideal for nighttime use.

vibrant and UNIQUE!
beautiful design stocked rooms
the hotel design is great , incorporating a sitting room, games, a bar, and a restaurant all within a beautifully designed space. I ESPECIALLY appreciated that the rooms are thoroughly stocked with robes, slippers, coffee, tea, and water. the hotel really did think of everything!

clean doors amazing staff members tasty pastries

Acceptable Hotel Experience
interesting decor breakfast selection high quality early bar average bedding foam chip pillows
The decor was interesting. The breakfast had one of the best buffet selections I have had in a hotel. The choice and quality of the food were very high. I liked the fresh fruit options.
The in house bar closed early despite guests wanting drinks. The bedding was average. The pillows seemed to be foam chip, which I did not find comfortable. I had issues with the lamp.
